Jenna Yost Hoyas is the Co-Owner and Realtor of The Yost Quesada Team at Douglas Elliman, where she has helped build one of Southern California's most decorated real estate groups, surpassing $700 million in career sales and earning recognition as a #1 Medium Team by both Volume and GCI across the Douglas Elliman Western Region in 2025. The team also holds the Pinnacle Award, placing them in the top 4% of all Douglas Elliman agents company-wide. Jenna has built her life and career around making dreams a reality, starting with her own. A Tucson, Arizona native, she followed her dream to the California coast in 2008 and has never looked back. She began her real estate career in 2012, became a full-time agent in 2015, and made partner at The Yost Quesada Team in 2018. Since then, she has guided hundreds of San Diego families through buying and selling homes with a hands-on, highly personalized approach. Known for her creativity, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to delivering a world-class client experience, Jenna specializes in a wide range of transactions including VA military buyers, coastal luxury homes, trust sales, and first-time buyers. She is also a member of Douglas Elliman’s Estate, Trust & Probate Division, helping families and fiduciaries navigate sensitive real estate matters with care and discretion. Her background is as dynamic as the clients she serves. Jenna once lived on Catalina Island teaching environmental education and later built valuable financial expertise during her years as a business banker, experience that continues to bring meaningful depth to every transaction. Outside of real estate, Jenna is deeply involved in philanthropy and community service. In 2011, she founded Cocktails for The Cure, a nonprofit benefiting the Susan G. Komen Foundation that has raised over $60,000 for breast cancer research. She is also a member of the Trust & Estates Council for Rady Children’s Hospital, supports the nonprofit Home for a Home, and has previously served on the board of the Boys & Girls Club while remaining active with StandUp for Kids. An endurance athlete at heart, Jenna has completed three full marathons and more than thirty half marathons. When she is not running, traveling, or spending time outdoors, she enjoys life in Coronado with her husband Chris and their beloved dog Humphrey, usually somewhere close to the beach.
