Kristina is also a member of Douglas Elliman’s Estate, Trust & Probate Division, specializing in helping families, fiduciaries, and advisors navigate complex real estate transactions tied to estate planning, trust sales, and probate matters with discretion and care. Known for her personable, results-driven approach, Kristina has cultivated a practice built on repeat clients and referrals, a testament to the sophisticated, white-glove consumer experience she delivers in the luxury market. Before transitioning to residential real estate, Kristina brought sharp deal-making instincts from two distinct industries. As a Media Broker with the nation's top firm in Tucson, Arizona, she navigated complex acquisitions and dispositions of radio stations, television stations, and outdoor assets. She then served as Acquisitions Director for a boutique commercial real estate firm, sourcing and closing over $250 million in apartment complexes and storage facilities across the Southwest. Kristina holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management. A Tucson native, she now calls Coronado home, where she lives with her husband and two children.
