Sometimes this means just light staging, adding some fresh flowers and a deep cleaning. Other times, this means taking a trip to a local home improvement store and picking out new tile, cabinets, paint, fixtures and other finishes. She knows with 100% confidence that each repair, cleaning, decluttering and update that the seller does can add significant value to the top line price they receive on their home. The ultimate goal is to get them top dollar and a buyer that is so absolutely in love with their home that they must have it at any cost.
