The Situation

Our client was in a tough spot. He had to sell quickly and cash out to relocate closer to family. Prior to meeting with our team, he had reached out to Redfin to see if they would purchase his property. They wrote him an offer below market value and made it contingent on their property inspection. The seller was less than pleased with this outcome. His downtown unit was amongst many others that were listed for sale in this building, and he was concerned he would be "stuck on the market" along with others. When we visited the property, the furnishings were minimal and did not fit the style of the building. Our client was willing to do whatever it took to move the property and secure the value of his home. We suggested he stage the home to compliment the amazing architecture and demonstrate how to arrange furnishings in the loft style bedroom. We moved quickly and were able to have the property ready to list after one week of prepping the space.
