Kristina is the Listing Specialist with The Yost Quesada Team at Douglas Elliman. Within the firm, she is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer, which has achieved over $600M in sales in the last eight years. The group was recently recognized as a top-ten team across all Douglas Elliman Western Region offices. Kristina is known in the industry as a personable, hard-working agent who takes pride in her high volume of repeat business and referrals. She is passionate about delivering exceptional, sophisticated consumer experiences in the luxury real estate sector. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Kristina acted as a Media Broker in Tucson, Arizona with the top firm in the country, where she handled the acquisition and disposition of radio stations, television stations, and outdoor assets. Kristina also previously acted as Acquisitions Director of a boutique commercial real estate firm, successfully sourcing and closing over $250 million of apartment complexes and storage facilities in the Southwest. Kristina currently acts as the Outreach Chair for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s annual Chef Throwdown hosted at the Hotel Del Coronado. She also acts as the Co-Chair for the Rady Children’s Hospital Coronado Auxiliary’s largest fundraiser. Kristina is a graduate from the University of Arizona's Eller School of Management with a BA in Marketing. Kristina, a Tucson native, now resides in beautiful Coronado, California with her husband and two children. Outside of real estate, she enjoys concerts in the park, spending time at the beach with her family, and practicing yoga.
